into your diet for increased energy, weight management, alkalizing, healing, & optimal health. Learn how to stock
your kitchen, shopping resources & tips, menu plans and most importantly how to make quick, nutritious whole food
meals that TASTE (and look) delicious – no nose holding going on here. Class includes: hands-on learning
instruction, handouts, RECIPES, tastings and a scrumpdillyicious MEAL.

Educate and Reinvent yourself…….change your diet – change your life……….

Internship available 1-2 days per week. Hands-on learning that includes: vegetarian, vegan & raw food diet/lifestyle,
food prep, B&B operation, organic gardening, marketing, administrative, customer service. Will turn into a paid
position in spring/summer for the right individual.

Turquoise Barn goes to......If you can’t make it to the Barn, we will bring the Barn to you………..

Turquoise Barn will be available from February – April to travel to a location of your choice. If you
have a special occasion or event, or would like to arrange for an educational workshop, retreat, kitchen/dietary
makeover, or private chef services, I’m always up for an adventure and willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and
beyond.

Create your own special day, evening weekend, or week for friends, family or just for you.   Gather a group of
friends together for a healthy and delicious fun learning experience or a gourmet healthy dinner party.

And for those of you who want to getaway……….private or group gatherings, classes, retreats and dinner parties
are still being offered AT Turquoise Barn.
